Alexanders School Council
Please note that the first meeting for the 2017/18 school year for Alexander's School Council will be held on Monday, September 25th at 7:00pm in the school library. 

The meeting will consist of elections for the School Council Executive and Committee Chairs.  Participation on Council presents an excellent opportunity to have a voice your child's learning environment and network with other parents in our school community.  

Please save the date and join us to learn more about the School Council at Alexander's along with some of the initiatives being planned for the year.

Back to School Supply letters for each grade are posted under "Parent Info" -Forms and Files -September Supply Letters.  Looking forward to seeing everyone in September for another amazing year!!

Kindergarten Registration

Kindergarten Registration continues
.  Please come and register in the main office between 9:30 and 3:00.  Please bring your child's birth certificate, up to date immunization card and two proofs of address (2 current bills).  Children registering for JK must have been born in 2013, SK registrations -born in 2012.
Tell your neighbours and friends with little ones to register ASAP!

Dress Code Reminder

During our back to school assemblies, our dress code expectations were outlined.  To be sure parents are also aware of these expectations, we have included them here:
Students are to dress neatly and appropriately for school.  Students should be encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather conditions and may require layers during the early spring and fall.  Please put your name on the inside of your children's clothing as often pieces are mislaid and end up in our lost and found bin.  It is much easier to return those lost items when they cane be identified.

Revealing clothing such as tube tops, tank top, halter tops, muscle shirts, high short and spaghetti straps and clothing that exposes the midriff should not be worn.
